Seaview Property Ltd. (“Seaview,” “we,” “us”) is a real-estate brokerage and property-management business operating in Ir Yamim, Netanya, Israel. This notice explains what personal information we collect about visitors and clients, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are the controller of the personal information described here. - From the contact form: your name, email address and/or phone number, and any message, so we can respond.
- From property enquiries: the listing or service you asked about and your stated requirements.
- As a client (buyer, seller, owner, tenant): information needed to provide brokerage or management services, under a separate written engagement.
- Technical: limited data such as IP address and essential cookies, used to deliver and protect the site (see our Cookies notice).
3. How we use it
To respond to enquiries; to provide brokerage and property-management services we are engaged for; to meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations; and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Lawful basis
Depending on the situation: your consent (enquiries and marketing), performance of a contract (client services), our legitimate interests (site security and service improvement), and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the business under confidentiality (for example, our hosting and authentication providers); professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants; and government or regulatory authorities where the law requires. We require all providers to protect your information.
6. International transfers
Our site is delivered through a global content-delivery network, so data may be processed outside Israel. Where it is, we rely on appropriate safeguards consistent with Israeli law and, where relevant, the GDPR.
7. How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for the purpose collected, plus any period required by law (for example, accounting and anti-money-laundering retention). Enquiry data that does not become a client relationship is deleted within a reasonable period.

9. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.
