Accessibility Statement
1. Our commitment
Seaview Property Ltd. wants this site to work for everyone — including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. Where the site falls short, we want to know, and we’ll fix it.
2. Standards we aim for
- The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
- Israeli Standard 5568 (Accessibility for Internet Pages), which adopts WCAG into Israeli law.
- The Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the service-accessibility regulations made under it.
3. What we’ve done
- Semantic HTML — headings, landmarks, lists, buttons and links use the right elements for meaningful navigation.
- Keyboard navigation — interactive elements are reachable in a logical order with a visible focus ring.
- Contrast — text and meaningful icons aim to meet WCAG AA contrast.
- Bilingual EN/HE — the page sets language and direction correctly and mirrors cleanly for right-to-left reading.
4. Known limitations
This is an evolving site. Some newer sections may not yet be fully audited; we test continuously and welcome reports.
