Can I buy without an Israeli bank account?
Yes — many of our buyers complete the purchase before opening one. We work with a small panel of banks and lawyers comfortable onboarding non-residents, and introduce you once the home is agreed. You don’t need to fly in for the account.
Do you ever show properties remotely?
Always — live video walkthroughs are standard, and we'll talk you through floor plans, views, building quality and the street, plus a private follow-up with anything we noticed off-camera.
Who manages the building when I’m abroad?
We do. House-committee (va’ad bayit) decisions, levies, special projects, disputes — we attend, vote on your instructions, and translate the minutes. No surprise invoices, no language barrier.
Do you have English-speaking contractors?
A short list vetted on workmanship, price discipline and English fluency — plumbers, electricians, painters, AC techs, deep-clean teams. You’re welcome to use your own; we pay invoices either way.
What does your fee look like?
Brokerage on a buy or sale is the customary 2% + VAT, negotiable on larger mandates. Management is a flat monthly retainer — not a percentage of rent, so there’s no conflict of interest at rent reviews. Full schedule on request.
